Airline Changes and Cancellations
We shall not be liable for any additional costs, expenses, losses, or damages arising from any flight schedule changes, delays, or cancellations made by the airline.
Airline Fare Rules
The respective airline's terms and conditions, including cancellation and fare rules applicable to promotional or special fares, shall apply in addition to our cancellation policy. Please note that airline tickets issued under promotional or restricted fares may be subject to the following conditions:
• Non-endorsable
• Non-reissuable
• Non-refundable
• Non-reroutable

We and our associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, losses, or additional expenses arising from such restrictions or any changes imposed by the airline.
Passenger Names
Passenger names provided at the time of booking must exactly match the names shown on the relevant passport, including any middle names where applicable.
If incorrect passenger details are provided and airline tickets are issued accordingly, the passenger may be denied boarding or refused travel by the airline. Any request to correct or change a passenger's name after ticket issuance will be treated as a ticket reissue and will be subject to applicable airline charges together with our administrative fees.
Flight Confirmation and Schedule Monitoring
Upon receiving your flight confirmation, you are responsible for monitoring your booking and verifying that your flight schedule has not changed. This may be done by checking the airline's official website or contacting the airline directly.
Airlines reserve the right to reschedule or modify flights at any time, and such changes are beyond our control. In the event of any schedule change, you are responsible for informing your hotel, transfer provider, tour operator, or other relevant service providers using the contact details provided in your travel documents or confirmation vouchers
Seat Allocation
We are unable to guarantee that travelling companions will be seated together, as seat allocation is determined solely by the airline.
If you have specific seating requirements, we recommend contacting the airline directly to reserve seats (where available) or arriving at the airport early to request your preferred seating arrangement. Any seat selection fees imposed by the airline shall be borne by the passenger.
Passport Requirements
All travellers must hold a valid passport for international travel. The passport must have a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of return and contain at least two (2) blank pages at the time of travel. Any transit visas or other travel authorisations required during the journey are the sole responsibility of the traveller
Visa, Health & Entry Requirements
Travellers are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, entry permits, vaccinations, health certificates, and any other travel documents required by the authorities of the countries they intend to visit or transit through. We shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or additional expenses resulting from a traveller's failure to meet such requirements.
Passport Information Updates
Travellers must notify us of any changes or renewal of their passport details before airline tickets or visas are issued. Any request to amend passport information after the issuance of airline tickets or visas may incur additional airline, embassy, supplier, or administrative charges, all of which shall be borne by the traveller.
